Your Falcon OneCard can be managed via your smartphone through an app! TouchNet 360u is the official Falcon OneCard App. This app allows you to:

• View your virtual Falcon OneCard
• Check your balance or activity
• Add funds with a Visa or Mastercard
• Check out library materials
• IM体育 Dining Service locations can use the barcode on your app to charge you

How to download the OneCard app

Android and iPhone users can download the free OneCard app in the App Store or Google Play.

1. Search "TouchNet 360u" in your preferred app store on your smartphone
2. Download the app to your device
3. Follow the prompts that pop up:
   
   1. Search for "Concordia University - WI"
   2. Select "SSO" as the account type, then tap "Log In"
   3. Tap "Ok"
   4. Enter your IM体育 Single sign-on login information

How to create your virtual OneCard

Your virtual OneCard may already be uploaded into the app if you have a physical card. If it is not, please follow these directions.

1. Click on the 9 dots on the top right corner of your screen
2. Then click on “Update ID Photo”
3. Submit a photo that meets our guidelines
4. Wait for approval. An email will be sent to your IM体育 account

The OneCard system uploads your virtual ID card every Friday following your photo approval.
