Students must fill out the graduation application in order to have their degree awarded. Applying to graduate is required regardless if a student participates in the commencement ceremony. Please use the link below to apply to graduate. Undergraduate students will receive an official evaluation emailed to their Concordia email account. Please allow 2 weeks for processing. Graduate students should work with their Program Director to verify that all graduation requirements have been met.

Please find the graduation application deadlines listed below. These deadlines are strictly enforced. Students who are enrolled for (their final) six or fewer Concordia credits in the summer or who are registered for a culminating clinical experience in the summer, will be eligible to walk in the May commencement ceremony.
